Anatomy

Well-protected within the spinal column is the spinal cord. The spinal cord and the brain make up the body’s central nervous system, the spinal cord connects all the nerves of the body to its switchboard, the brain. From each vertebra, filigree nerves lead to all internal organs, feeding them information.

If vertebrae are even slightly out of place it can interfere with nerve communication, and organs are no longer sufficiently provided with their needed information signals, which leads to dysfunctions and failures. With advanced curvature of the spine the vertebrae are massively stressed, and this can lead to abrasion, and may even result in a herniated vertebral disc.
