This also applies to words or logos that are likely to be confused with our trademarks like: amazinggrace, Sanaesprit, Klearizing or similar.<\/p>\n

The trademark owner retains the right to choose under what conditions the trademarks are used. There are special rules on the colors to be used, and derivative use is prohibited.<\/p>\n

Internet:<\/strong> It is prohibited to use domains containing amazingrace, amazing-grace, SKYourself, Clearise, clearising, klearise, sana-esprit, espritsan or similar for websites that discuss healing, spiritual, or esoteric topics. Only amazinGRACE therapists trained by SAN ESPRIT may use such combinations if they use their rights fiduciary. It is not acceptable to use the keywords amazinGRACE, amazing-grace, SKYourself, Clearise, Clearising, Klearise, Sana-esprit, Espritsan in metadate for internet websites, in advertisement, on Google or any other search engines, in internet portals or communities. Ignorance to these rules will result in legal action.<\/p>\n

Media:<\/strong> If the media wants to use our logos for illustrating their coverage of SAN ESPRIT, amazinGRACE, SKYourself and Clearise, they must ask for approval by writing to info (at) san-esprit.de.<\/p>\n

Products:<\/strong> Our protected trademarks may not be used on products. Trained amazinGRACE therapists may use our trademarks only after getting our written approval.<\/p>\n
